Eggless wheat cookies



ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
½  cup sugar powder
¼ cup almond (cut in to small pieces)
Cardamom powder  ½ tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Milk  ¼ cup
Olive oil  ¼ cup
Pre heat the oven 200 dgree.Mix all dry ingredients together  in a bowl. Add almond in to it. Then add oil and mix well with your hand. Next  add milk  and make a smooth dough. Divide the dough into 15-18 portions. Take small balls (the size of a lime) and  Flatten it(not over flatten it) . Bake for 10 to 15 minutes in the preheated oven, until the tops are cracked. Bake longer for crispy cookies, less time for chewy cookies. Cool on wire racks.
