After a long time i got inspired to post a recipe on my blog after seeing the "Ahlan Ramadan –The Healthy Way".....this event is giving an opportunity to change our unhealthy food style to a healthier one. This ramadan i decided to avoid oil-fry foods. Here is one of my favourite oil-free recipe BEST for ramadan.
My hubby and child loved it to the fullest.
CINNAMON ROLLS
Cinnamon spread recipe
1cup brown sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
4tbsp lowfat butter or u can use olive oil
mix brown sugar and cinnamon together.
now roll dough in long thin rectangular shape.spread melted butter on it.put the brown sugaron topof
the butter.(u can spread any crushed nuts over it).roll it like a spiral shape.nd cut it equal portion10 to 12 pieces.bake it 10 to 12 minutes 250 degree..enjoy:)

Standered dough
Ingredients:
1 cup whole wheat flour
1cup warm water
1tbsp sugar
1/2tsp salt
1/2tbsp yeast
1/4 vegetable oil
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour(I always use)
extra flour for dusting
mix together 1 cup
flour,sugar,yeast and salt. Next add the warm water, and make smooth paste
(like a pancake mix)..keep it rest for
ten minutes. Now add oil
into it.mix it well. Next add 1 1/2cup flour .if too sticky add
little more flour, and make smooth dough. knead well at least 10, 15 minutes.
Brush littlie oil the dough ,cover it. Now keep it 1 hour.
