<div class="MsoNormal">
CHOCLATE FUDGE</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
a fudge that is made
with only two ingredients: chocolate and
ice cream! </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
it's important to use
high-quality ice cream and chocolate. I'm telling you right now that if you use
cheap vanilla ice cream and regular chocolate chips, you'll be disappointed in
this fudge. But if you use a chocolate that you enjoy eating, and your favorite
high-quality ice cream, you'll be amazed ! If you're feeling adventurous, I
suggest you use a fun ice cream with mix-ins like fruit, nuts, or chunks of
cookie dough or brownies.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Ingredients </div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1-1/2 lbs semi-sweet
chocolate, finely chopped</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1-1/2 cups ice cream, slightly thawed</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
Preparation:</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
1. Prepare an 8x8 pan by lining it with aluminum foil and
spraying the foil with nonstick cooking spray. Take the ice cream out of the
freezer to be thawing while you melt the chocolate.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
2. Place the chopped chocolate in a large microwave-safe
bowl and microwave until it is nearly melted. Stir after every 30-40 seconds to
help it melt evenly and keep it from overheating.(or you can melt the chocolate
in a double boiling method)</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
3. When the chocolate is nearly all melted, stop heating it
and instead stir it until the remaining bits melt and everything is smooth.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
4. The chocolate should be melted and warm, but not hot to
the touch, and the ice cream should be melted and soft along the edges, but not
liquefied. Add the ice cream to the chocolate and stir well.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
5. In low flame,cook
this mixture,stir well. The hard
chocolate pieces should have melted and smoothened out.it takes at least 30 minutes At the end
of the process, you should have a shiny, smooth liquid fudge.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
6. Pour the fudge into the greased pan and smooth it into an even layer. Allow
the fudge to set at room temperature for at least 4 hours, or in the
refrigerator for at least an hour.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
7. When the fudge is completely set, remove it from the pan
and use a large sharp knife to cut the fudge into small squares to serve.</div>
<div class="MsoNormal">
8.Ice Cream Fudge can
be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.</div>

Whiz the biscuits in a food processor. Add melted butter and
whiz again until the mixture comes together. Press into the bottom of an
8" springform pan that's lined with aluminium foil or use individual
glasses. Refrigerate while preparing the rest of the cheesecake. Mix the cream cheese, cream, and sugar in a
bowl until well combined. You can do it by hand or use low speed on your
Kitchenaid. An electric beater is not needed. Add the gelatine to the hot water
and stir till it completely dissolves. Add the mango puree and stir well. Keep
half of this mixture aside and add the rest to the cream cheese mixture. Stir
gently until well combined. Pour on top of the biscuits base. Return to fridge
for another 10-30 mins. Pour the mango
mixture as the third layer. Do this gently so that the layers don't combine. If
you use a springform pan, the top layer will be much thinner.Refrigerate
overnight and get ready to serve a yummy dessert at your party that can be
prepared well in advance.</div>

Press the log lightly to make it even. Cut the logs into 1/4th inch pieces. Now you have small discs. roll it with a rolling pin so it stretches out long and thin. Roll it carefully, don’t over roll it.Heat oil on medium heat. Drop the flat rolled portions of the dough into the hot oil and fry on both sides until golden brown. The sugar will harden. Turn the heat back on and slowly heat the mixture until
the sugar crystals dissolve. This will take around 10 mins. Let this cool and
set aside. Pre-heat oven to 350F / 180C.</div>

Next, add 1 egg and beat. Then add a bit of the flour mixture and fold.
Likewise, alternate between the eggs and flour mixture until they are used up. Add the cooled caramel and dredged fruits and
gently fold in. Pour batter into a greased cake pan and smooth the top. Bake for 50-55 mins until the top turns a dark
brown and when a skewer inserted into the cake comes out with dry crumbs. You
can start checking from 45 mins but usually in our oven, it takes up to 55
mins. The top will look like it's overdone but don't worry, make sure the
inside is also completely cooked.
